Social Strategy
Content calendars, platform planning, campaign thinking and performance-led iteration.
Social media strategist specialising in beauty, fashion and luxury brands. I build content strategies, visual identity and engaged communities that drive real growth — currently seeking my next brand partnership in the UK.
From Almaty to Bath, curious, observant and drawn to the people, places and details that make somewhere feel memorable.
I grew up in Almaty, Kazakhstan. I was curious, shy and more observant than outspoken. I moved to Bath for university and liked it straight away: the architecture, the friendly people and the calmer pace. It gave me space to become more independent, meet people from very different backgrounds and figure out what I genuinely enjoy.
A lot of that still comes back to people and the things around them. I love meeting someone new, cooking for friends, travelling and photographing whatever catches my eye: a colour combination, an event, a building or simply a moment worth remembering. My style is fairly minimal with the occasional bold detail and I like creative work to feel considered without feeling forced.
I'm especially drawn to beauty, fashion, fragrance and makeup, where visual identity and emotion matter. After university, I want to do work that feels personal and genuinely resonates with me. What I value most is understanding people first: what they mean, what they want to communicate and how to turn that into something others can connect with.
From planning the content calendar to shooting the asset, writing the caption and building the relationship behind the account, Zhibek works across the full social cycle rather than treating each part in isolation.
